I was born in Split, where I earned my degree in Civil Engineering and established a career dedicated to the planning and execution of large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects. Over the past decade, I have developed extensive expertise in project management, specializing in the coordination of complex developments across diverse sectors.

My professional portfolio includes leading the construction of luxury 4 and 5-star hotels, student residences, and the Technology Park Split. Beyond residential and hospitality sectors, I have significant experience in managing the development of large-scale logistic and distribution centers for major industry leaders, overseeing multi-million euro investments from initial groundworks to final completion.

Apart Hotel Posh, Split (5)* | 2018 – While at Tromont I Managed the final construction and finishing works, ensuring the project met the premium standards of a five-star establishment.
Hotel Valamar Argosy, Dubrovnik (4)* |2017-2018 – Working with Alfa Plan, I Served as Civil Works Manager during a large-scale reconstruction, overseeing structural integrity and architectural execution within strict deadlines.
Valamar Club Dubrovnik |2018 – Engaged by Alfa Plan, I Managed the reconstruction of specialized resort infrastructure, including swimming pools and luxury sunbathing areas.

Public & Educational Infrastructure

Student Dormitory “Bruno Bušić”, Split | 2019 – 2020 – While at Tromont, I Served as Site Manager for the reconstruction, extension, and upgrade of this major residential facility. I managed a contract value of €6.2 million, ensuring the project met modern living standards while adhering to rigorous public infrastructure requirements and deadlines.

Infrastructure Support

Pelješac Bridge Access Roads | 2020 – 2021 – Working with Strabag as part of the strategic Pelješac Bridge project, I managed the construction of key support facilities (high-rise construction). This included the Traffic Control Center, Fire Station Zaradeže, and critical water infrastructure (Water tanks Debeli Brijeg and Kamenice). My role focused on coordinating complex technical requirements essential for the safe and efficient operation of the national road network.

Innovation & Strategic Projects

Technology Park Split (Dračevac) | 2021 – 2023 – Working with Strabag, I Serving as Site Manager for the first phase of this landmark development. This project involves the reconstruction and upgrade of the former military complex into a modern innovation hub. I am responsible for the overall coordination and management of works, ensuring that this large-scale transformation meets the high technical and functional requirements of the region’s new tech center.

Industrial & Logistics

Feroterm Logistics & Distribution Center, Šibenik | 2023 – 2025 – Working with Dom-Commerce, I Managed the construction of a major logistics hub with a contract value of €32 million. I was responsible for the complete management of the project, overseeing everything from complex groundworks and structural assembly to the final infrastructure. This project demonstrates my ability to lead large-scale industrial developments and manage high-value investments with operational excellence.
